The 214ce’s overall tone sounds just like you’d expect a high quality acoustic to sound, and does a remarkably good job of combining both tone depth and definition. The resonance of the solid Sitka spruce top blends in beautifully with that of the layered rosewood sides and back and produces a tone that is wonderfully open and rich at the same time. An all-around guitar with exceptionally high versatile capabilities is how this one can be defined. The lows are impeccable when either fingerpicked or flat-picked, highs are acceptably bright and satisfyingly well-defined. This acoustic is in great condition (see pics) and with holidays around the corner this beauty won’t last long here.
