The flame-shaped body gets your attention. The familiar scale and straightforward controls make the Inferno an easy guitar to settle into. Under the Gloss Black finish is a chambered mahogany body with a maple top, a mahogany neck and an ebony fingerboard. The 24.75-inch scale will feel familiar if you already play shorter-scale humbucker guitars.

Two Tone Perfect Resonata humbuckers have separate volume controls, so you can set a different level for each pickup and move between them with the three-way switch. Keep one rolled back for a quieter passage and the other up for the next lead. A single tone control keeps the layout simple.

The abalone binding and torch-orchid inlays carry the design beyond the body outline. This is the six-string Inferno in factory-new condition, serial 000057, with a Minarik gig bag included.
