This SGM bone nut comes pre-slotted for a 4-string electric bass and is designed as a Gibson-style replacement option. The slots provide a starting point for installation, but final shaping, slot-depth adjustment and setup may still be required for the individual instrument.

This nut is pre slotted and sized for Gibson basses such as a Thunderbird or EB style but as always check measurements to be sure, you can always shave it down, it is a chunky size unlike thinner Fender nuts.
