2. Products & Services

• All items are subject to availability and may be updated or changed without notice.
• New Gear: Covered by manufacturer warranty unless noted otherwise.
• Used & Vintage Gear: Sold as-is. No warranty. No returns. These instruments have stories—and sometimes quirks.
• Custom Orders & Workshop Builds: Final sale. No refunds once materials are ordered or work has begun.

3. Returns & Refunds

At Sixx Gun Music, we want every customer to be confident in their purchase. Because many of our items are unique, vintage, custom-built, or signed collectibles, our return policy reflects the special nature of these instruments and gear.

Standard Returns

• Eligibility: Returns must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Condition: Item must be returned in the same condition as sold, with all accessories, case candy, and packaging.
• Fees: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• Customer Responsibility: All shipping costs, customs duties, tariffs, and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. These amounts are non-refundable.

Special Categories (Non-Returnable or Limited Return)

• Signed Instruments & Memorabilia (e.g., artist-signed guitars, replicas, collectibles)
• Vintage & Consignment Items
• Custom Orders & Workshop Builds
• Discounted, Clearance, or “As-Is” Sales

These items are non-returnable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. If an exception is granted, all return terms (fees, shipping, tariffs) still apply.

Exchanges / Discounts

Instead of a return, customers may be offered a discount toward a future purchase at the sole discretion of Sixx Gun Music. Discount terms, percentage, and expiration will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping, including all international costs, tariffs, duties, and brokerage fees.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If return shipping is not prepaid by the customer, Sixx Gun Music reserves the right to refuse delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to inspect the item and, if verified, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on circumstances.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at info@sixxgunmusic.com with:

• Receipt/order number
• Photos of the item in its current condition
• Reason for return

Once reviewed, we will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

4. Repairs & Diagnostics

• By leaving gear with us, you agree to the work discussed at the time of intake.
• However, we’re not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing damage.
• If you don’t pick up your gear within 30 days of completion, we’ll consider it abandoned and assume ownership.
• All diagnostic fees and deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.

5. Workshops & Events

• Workshops fill up fast. To reserve your spot, you must pay in full—no holds or unpaid reservations.
• To receive store credit for a future class, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
• Unfortunately, no-shows or last-minute cancellations forfeit the registration fee.
• By joining a workshop, you accept the risk of injury, damage, or tool misuse. Therefore, we strongly recommend using safety gear at all times.

6. VIP Membership Program

Membership perks only apply while your subscription is active. You can cancel anytime, but we don’t offer partial refunds. Also, all VIP perks are non-transferable and expire if unused within the term.

7. Promotions & Sales

• To receive a discount, you must apply it at checkout—we don’t make retroactive adjustments.
• Additionally, unless we say so clearly, you can’t combine multiple offers.
• Bundles and special deals are available while supplies last. Don’t sleep on them.

8. Online Orders & Shipping

• We ship using trusted carriers and provide tracking on all orders so you can keep tabs on your gear.
• That said, we’re not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
• If you give us the wrong address, reshipping costs will be your responsibility.

9. Content Use & Media

By attending our events or visiting the shop, you agree that we may use photos, video, or audio captured on-site for marketing or promotional purposes. It helps us show off the vibes.

10. Intellectual Property

Everything you see on this site—product descriptions, photos, logos, designs, and content—belongs to Sixx Gun Music. Don’t copy, reuse, or repost anything without our permission.

11. User Behavior

Just be cool. Don’t spam, hack, harass our staff, or misuse the site. We reserve the right to block access for any abusive behavior.

12. Liability Disclaimer

As a general disclaimer, Sixx Gun Music is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages from using our gear, services, or site. Warranty claims are limited to what we or the manufacturer explicitly offer.

13. Force Majeure

If something out of our control (like a fire, power outage, or pandemic) prevents us from fulfilling our end, we can’t be held liable. We’ll always do our best to work around it, though.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

As required by law, these Terms are governed by Nevada state law. Any disputes must be handled in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Please check the effective date at the top to make sure you’re viewing the latest version. Continued use of the site means you’re cool with the changes.
