A bone nut is a simple and inexpensive way to greatly improve the tone and sustain of your guitar. If your nut is worn out we highly suggest replacing with bone. We only use bone (and occasionally brass) on our own custom builds.

The 3 bone nuts in this pack are pre slotted and sized for acoustic guitars at 43mm long, 9.5mm high and 6mm wide. They’re also a great size to start with for many guitars including Les Paul and SGs. We at SGM use these for our Les Paul replacements!

Will not work for Fender strat or tele, see other listing for the thinner size. Ready to install, shaping and filing to be done according to your needs and string height preference.
