Recent trade in at Sixx Gun Music brings you a Fender Deluxe Players Stratocaster with a few modifications. This sweet axe features an ash body bolted to a beautiful rosewood fretboard that adds to the warm tone. At some point the previous owner changed out the gold hardware to chrome, the tuners were switched out to Fender 6-in-line tuners, and Noiseless pickups to Fender Deluxe Drive pickups. This set’s overwound design makes them perfect for driving your high-gain tube amp into a tizzy, but they also clean up beautifully when you roll back your guitar’s volume control, and sparkle brilliantly at clean amp settings. The push/push switch has been removed and the original pickguard was also changed out for a beautiful white pearloid pickguard. This Strat sounds so great and feels very comfortable. There’s a certain mojo this guitar has that really makes it stand out from others, and once you play it you’ll understand. It’s in great condition showing very little player wear.
